SignalPath LNPs
We’re re-imagining LNP construction with novel lipids, novel formulations, and novel targeting moieties. Together, these innovations enable us to create SignalPath LNPs that deliver payloads to tissues throughout the body.
We leverage novel lipids that are biodegradable and safe, with a tailored immunogenic profile. Then, we use proprietary formulations to combine components into functionalized SignalPath LNPs.
Finally, we optimize SignalPath LNPs with targeting moieties that enable us to break the extra-hepatic barrier and deliver payloads across the body
SignalLock RNA
To ensure that protein payloads only express in target cells, we’ve genetically programmed logic circuits consisting of microRNA-sensors that control the location, timing, and intensity of protein expression.
To develop SignalLock RNA, we begin with our microRNA database, correlating thousands of natural microRNAs across hundreds of tissues like a heat map. We use proprietary methods, including the use of AI-driven software, to generate designs that will encrypt mRNA, so it can distinguish between tissues. We further use AI/ML-driven in silico prediction that generates designs for the mRNA sequence that makes up the circuit.
SignalLock RNA enables a level of selectivity that makes genetic medicines safe enough for widespread use.
SignalScript RNA
To overcome potency and durability challenges, we’re engineering next generation self-replicating and circular RNA with greater strength and persistence.
We create them using novel sequences, built with AI, high throughout screening, and synthetic biology. We produce thousands of versions of these tools with different expression and immunogenicity so we can tailor them to specific indications and tissue types.
